Many of the products listed in the catalogue have been used successfully in clinical treatments to help a broad spectrum of conditions. Credit Card statements will read “Natural Nutrition”. All online orders will be acknowledged with an email receipt for your records. Credit cards will not be charged until orders are ready to be shipped.

Please note that, as a Canadian site, all transactions are performed in Canadian funds. Receipts will show totals in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will do the actual conversion into other currencies, and your credit card statement will show the details of the transaction and the currency conversion using the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.

Money Orders are readily accepted in Canadian funds, made out to “Natural Nutrition” and mailed to 139 Joseph St., Kingston, ON Canada K7K 2H8 along with copy of order. 

Sorry but we no longer accept cheques due to the lengthy delays waiting for them to clear at the bank. Payment via credit card or money orders are preferred and are much faster.

Returns will be accepted for a full refund (less shipping costs), provided the product is unopened and in resalable condition. Manufacturer information will be readily provided upon request.

Shipping and handling fees will be applied to all orders at the checkout. All orders are shipped via Canada Post (surface or air mail) unless alternate arrangements are requested. We will quote by email all shipping outside of North America, parcels that weigh more than 1kg, and UPS shipping. We try to fill all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment information. If any items are on back order, you will be notified via e-mail.
